The 3 amp fuse is good, but there is an amber LED next to the fuse that is lit. Yes, I have not been able to connect to my WiFi 6 access points running both 2.4g and 5g bands. All devices in home work fine except the Carrier thermostat. It worked with the Carrier ver 3.61 software, but stopped communicating on any version beyond 3.61.
