Macro is a tool that has been present in World of Warcraft since its inception. The base concept of a macro is to perform more than one action at a time, in order to easier accomplish a task or really for any reason. All macro commands start with a forward slash ( / ) to separate them from normal text actions.It's not an addon, it's a keybind. There's a keybind, but you can't macro it. People are recommending /target 'NPC' but this isn't ideal on a controller. ConsolePort made it possible to target NPCs, friendly or not. I'm wondering how they accomplished this. Anyone have an idea on how to target NPCs without ConsolePort or /target 'NPC'?Hey everyone I just installed ConsolePort and WoWMapper. Absolutely love the idea as I did that for ff14 with my dualshock controller. My question is I am finding it hard to quickly change targets and interact with mail and npc's. Or if I have another npc target in the distance unless I press the ps button to cancel it wont let me loot. Project Ascension uses a Wrath of the Lich King 3.3.5a core as it's base, and as such it is compatible with any addon that was made for the 3.3.5 version of the game, or is otherwise compatible (if made for a prior version of World of Warcraft.) However, Dragonflight made an even greater step forward by introducing a new editable HUD. The regular HUD consists of two stacks of small square icons. You’ll be able to fit anything in there, and it’s perfect for keyboards. The loot-a-rang has a 0.5 second cast time and as such may not be used while moving. The loot a rang has a 10 second cooldown, and will only loot one corpse at a time, as opposed to all in a general area. The loot a rang must be manually triggered / clicked unless you bind it to a hotkey. There's a keybind, but you can't macro it. People are recommending /target 'NPC' but this isn't ideal on a controller. ConsolePort made it possible to target NPCs, friendly or not.
